PressurePro extends TPMS capability

May 12, 2015

Advantage PressurePro LLC and Trimble Navigation Ltd. have integrated technologies to make full tire performance data available to construction fleets.

PressurePro extended its tire pressure monitoring system capabilities to the Trimble SNM451 Connected Site Gateway telematics device.

PressurePro says the SNM451 is a ruggedized telematics device for tracking and managing the efficiency of site assets, light equipment and haul vehicles in Trimble’s Web-based VisionLink fleet, asset and site productivity management solution.

Offering asset location, run time, cycle time and load count information via cellular connection as often as once a minute, the SNM451 brings real-time information and alerts direct to customers. With the addition of PressurePro’s Tire Management capabilities, customers will now gain a full range of tire performance data including real-time tire pressure and temperature readings, enabling customers to further increase efficiency and productivity.

“We’re excited to extend our integrated functionality to another Trimble telematics device,” says Jason Zaroor, chief operating officer of PressurePro.

“Working alongside a global technology leader such as Trimble is always advantageous and adding the SNM451 integration to our existing SNM940 solution opens new opportunities for our customers. Businesses no longer look at technology as an added cost of doing business, but rather as a way to enhance bottom line profits and increase operational efficiencies.”

Collaborating with PressurePro enables Trimble to offer contractors innovative solutions to manage their fleets and realize greater efficiencies and savings, according to Roz Buick, vice president and general manager of Trimble's heavy civil construction division:

“The addition of PressurePro TPMS sensors to the SNM451, our rugged, economical telematics device, allows Trimble to offer contractors the ability to choose the device that best fits their tire management needs.”
