Tenneco Inc. is awarding up to a $100 Visa prepaid card to consumers for qualifying purchases of Walker brand emissions control products. The Walker “Exhaust Event” runs April 1 through May 31, 2015.
To qualify for a $100 Visa prepaid card, consumers must purchase a Walker direct-fit or Walker CalCat direct-fit catalytic converter and a Walker Quiet-Flow SS muffler or welded assembly.
To qualify for the $50 Visa prepaid card, consumers must purchase either a qualifying Walker direct-fit catalytic converter, Walker CalCat direct-fit catalytic converter, Walker Quiet-Flow SS muffler or welded assembly.
“After another punishing winter, there’s no question consumers are thinking about making important investments in their vehicles,” says Sheryl Bomia, North American programs manager, Tenneco.
Tenneco says Walker Quiet-Flow SS mufflers and assemblies feature 100% structural stainless steel construction that resists rust-out three times longer than competitors’ premium aluminized mufflers. Walker Quiet-Flow SS mufflers are backed by Tenneco’s Safe & Sound Guarantee, a 90-day consumer, cash-back offer.
Walker direct-fit and Cal-Cat converters are available for many popular late-model domestic and foreign-nameplate vehicles. Each Walker direct-fit converter features a stainless steel body; OE-type hangers, flanges and brackets; heat-shielded pipe; and structural bracing for enhanced strength and durability, according to Tenneco.
The company says its Walker CalCat line of catalytic converters is engineered to meet California Air Resources Board requirements and are available for sale in all 50 states and Canada.
