Nitto Tire U.S.A. Inc. is bringing its Auto Enthusiast Day event to Arlington, Texas, for a massive celebration of the motoring lifestyle on April 25, 2015.
For the past two years Nitto Tire has been putting on Auto Enthusiast Day events near its home in Southern California.
The company says that as a brand that is proud to call itself “Fueled by Enthusiasts,” there has been no better way to show its appreciation for the community that has embraced it than by creating an event that brings together all of the different facets of automotive enthusiasm.
Now going into its third year, Nitto is bringing Auto Enthusiast Day to Globe Life Park in Arlington, Texas.
“Auto Enthusiast Day has seen an explosive growth in popularity in just its first two years and we couldn’t be more excited to bring the event to a market as diverse and exciting as Texas,” says Harry Kong, brand publishing and social media strategist for Nitto Tire.
“We held the first event to celebrate surpassing five million fans on Facebook and give back to the community that has driven the brand to where it is. Just a few years later and we are now approaching 12 million Facebook fans and the show has become such a hit that we are taking it on the road.”
Auto Enthusiast Day will be full of activities for people young and old to enjoy, according to Nitto. There will be a car show for enthusiasts and car clubs to show off their unique and customized rides, a Vendor Midway to check out the hottest new products in the industry, drifting demonstrations by Team Nitto drivers, a motorcycle stunt riding exhibition, raffles for awesome prizes and the chance to win a ride-along in a real drift car.
Team Nitto drivers Vaughn Gittin, Jr., Odi Bakchis, and Shannon Campbell will also be on hand signing autographs and showing off their Nitto-equipped vehicles.
The event will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Globe Life Park in Arlington, Texas, and runs from 11a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission to the event is free for everyone and the first 500 car show participants will also receive a free gift for being part of the show. Vendor space is free of charge for companies that want to show off their latest products, but space is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
