The organizers of Autopromotec have announced that the 2021 edition of the Italy-based trade show will span four days instead of the traditional five.
"The decision to change the format after so many years came after a survey conducted among exhibitors and visitors who participated in recent editions," say Autopromotec officials.
A majority of respondents said that limiting the event to four days "would make it possible to intensify business meetings and at the same time, optimize companies' resources and investments."
"A trade show is not just numbers but also the comments and opinions of those who participate," says Autopromotec CEO Renzo Servadei. "That is why we decided to contact exhibitors and visitors to gather suggestions for improvements in content and format for the next edition."
The next edition of Autopromotec will take place May 26-29, 2021, in Bologna, Italy. This will be the 29th edition of the trade show.
The 28th edition of Autopromotec "saw a strong growth in numbers," with more than 1,670 companies from 53 countries exhbiting.
