BL Systems alters name, unveils new tire changer

Buford, Ga.-based tire changer and wheel balancer manufacturer BL Systems has been rechristened BL Systems, CEMB U.S.A.

BL Systems also has added the CEMB name to its product lines.

"CEMB U.S.A. has launched a strategy to market the CEMB label," says Roby Edwards, the company's U.S. general manager. "Up until now, CEMB products were purchased in the U.S. through Alltool and most recently through Beissbarth/Alltool. The long-standing network of CEMB aftermarket distributors will now purchase their CEMB products from BL Systems, CEMB U.S.A."

BL Systems, CEMB U.S.A. also has unveiled its CEMB SM 931 TI Tilt Back Tire Changer as part of its new line of tire changing and wheel balancing equipment.

The device comes with a "Help Arm" and a "Press Arm," which are designed to remove and mount tires more easily, according to company officials.

The tire changer's inside clamping ranges from 14 inches to 22 inches; outside clamping ranges from 12 inches to 22 inches.
