Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has announced a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock.
The stock will be payable December 27, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 2, 2019.
This will mark the 191st consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Cooper, which will release its third quarter financial results on Monday, Oct. 28.
