Hankook Heroes Program To Honor Veterans

Oct. 4, 2019

Hankook Tire America is accepting nominations for its Hankook Heroes program through Veterans Day, Nov. 11.

The Hankook Heroes program honors U.S. military veterans and is part of the tiremaker's ongoing support of Disabled American Veterans (DAV), a non-profit that provides assistance to veterans and their families, according to Hankook officials.

Through Nov. 11, all submissions at www.hankookheroes.com will be entered for a chance to receive a free set of Hankook tires.

A second set of Hankook tires also will be donated to a local DAV chapter member "who is instrumental in helping support his/her local veteran community," according to Hankook officials.

DAV has more than 1,300 chapters and one million members throughout the U.S.

"At Hankook, we strongly believe in giving back to the veteran community that gives us so much," says Hankook Tire America President Hosung Suh. "We just entered our fifth year of partnership with DAV, and look forward to continuing to help America's veterans through mobility."
