OK Tire Stores Inc. recently named the OK Tire location in Strathmore, Alberta, its National Store of the Year.
OK Tire officials presented the award to the Strathmore store's owners, Curtis and Gregory Evans, during its 2019 conference, which took place in the Dominican Republic.
"We have an extensive list of criteria that stores must meet in order to be nominated for Store of the Year," says OK Tire Spokesperson Jaclyn Logan.
Nominated locations "stand out for exemplary customer service, community engagement, etc."
Curtis says that he and Gregory were "extremely honored to receive this award. The Strathmore community is near and dear to us, and to be recognized among our peers is truly a gift."
The store supports a wide range of community initiatives, including Strathmore's local food bank.
"Their impressive leadership does more than just improve their botttom line," says Michael Rutherford, OK Tire's chief operating officer. "It reinforces OK Tire's outstanding reputation and sets a standard to inspire all store owners."
OK Tire also recently presented Regional Store of the Year honors to the following locations: OK Tire Duncan (Pacific Region), OK Tire La Crete (Prairie Region), OK Tire Baden (Central Region), OK Pneus Montmagny (Eastern Region) and OK Tire New Minas (Atlantic Region).
