Indian tiremaker Apollo Tyres Ltd. has unveiled a new cross ply commercial truck tire, the XT-100K.
The tire is designed for drivers "looking to minimize the cost of operation but are not yet ready for the transition to radial tires," says Satish Sharma, Apollo's chief of operations.
The XT-100K contains a "multi-layered" compound, an improved bead profile and other features.
