Sumitomo Rubber North America Inc. will increase prices on select Falken tire lines on July 1, 2019.
In addition, there will be inline price adjustments on several sizes of Falken brand tires.
The company did not provide the amount of the increase. In a statement released on May 30, Sumitomo said: “Details of the increase will be provided to customers through our sales team in the coming week.”
Falken Tire Corp. is a subsidiary of Sumitomo Rubber North America Inc., which is part of Sumitomo Rubber Industries of Japan.
