Some 1,600 exhibitors have confirmed their participation in the next Automechanika Shanghai trade show, which will be held Dec. 10-12, 2008.
The record number of exhibitors will represent 17 countries, says Fiona Chow, group manager, trade fairs, Messe Frankfurt Hong Kong.
"We expect a final figure of 1,800 exhibitors spread over eight halls and more than 30,000 visitors. This reflects tremendous interest in China's automobile industry, and its automotive parts, equipment and service supplier sector."
