China Manufacturers Alliance LLC (CMA) is preparing to open its first wholly-owned distribution center in the United States, a facility in Memphis, Tenn.
CMA, which is based in Monrovia, Calif., also leases a warehouse in Ohio.
The Memphis distribution center will stock Double Coin brand medium truck tires and Double Coin OTR tires made by Shanghai Tyre & Rubber Co. Ltd.
The facility will be the first of several, says CMA spokesman Larry Williams. "The second will be somewhere on the West Coast."
