Mitchell 1 to hold training seminar for OnDemand5 Manager system

Mitchell 1 will hold its fourth 2007 Shop Management System Training Workshop in Cleveland, Ohio, on Oct. 4–6 at the Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown.

The training workshop is for those who have been using their Mitchell 1 OnDemand5 Manager shop management system for six months or more, the company says. Covered will be how to use the management system to energize business, increase profits and boost productivity.

Instructors will explore advanced functionality, advanced setup, inventory, reporting, management and more, as well as integration with aftermarket cataloging and Customer Retention Marketing (CRM).

The workshop will be led by John Dwulet, senior product manager for Mitchell 1’s management software solutions, and Tim McDonnell, national training manager. Mitchell 1 support personnel also will be on hand.

The conference registration fee is $200 for a shop’s first attendee; each additional attendee is $100. The fee covers seminars, as well as a full breakfast and lunch each day. Participants are responsible for transportation to Cleveland and hotel accommodations.
