ASA Tire Systems has updated its Web site, www.asatire.com, and has added new a new program, ASA AutoRepairMaster, to its line-up of software solutions.
"AutoRepairMaster is a program established specifically for use by tire and automotive professionals," say ASA officials. It is available in three configurations:
1. AutoRepairMaster for Windows, which features point-of-sale and inventory control modules, an accounting component and other features.
2. AutoRepairMaster Enterprise, which is designed for dealerships with multiple stores and allows for centralized accounting.
3. AutoRepairMaster POS, which is for shops that don't need an integrated accounting system.
"We realize that a lot of people in the tire business are doing service and some are doing more service than tires," ASA President Wayne Croswell said during a press conference held earlier today, Aug. 4, near Akron, Ohio.
ASA's upgraded Web site contains a wide range of new features, including ASA Tire Systems product tours, a support section, and other functions.
"We estimate tire dealers do about $4.2 billion a year through ASA software," said Croswell.
