Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. division Mickey Thompson Tires & Wheels has announced a new tire development program involving racer Bill Glidden and a special car.
"We are excited about this new project and are devoting resources to make it a success," says Ken Warner, vice president of sales and marketing for Mickey Thompson.
"We've joined forces with Bill Glidden to tune and drive a specially prepared Pro Stock-type race car so that we can have total control and focus on the program."
