    Nexen appoints new regional manager

    Nexen Tire America Inc. has named Chris Tolbert northeast regional manager.

    "Tolbert has been successful in the tire industry for over 20 years, most recently with GITI Tire (U.S.A.) Ltd.," say Nexen officials.
