The North Central Tire Dealers & Suppliers Association (NCTDSA) is preparing for its Mid-Winter Conference and Trade Show, which will be held Feb. 7-8, 2008.
The event will be held in White Bear Lake, Minn., says Bonnie McCleary, the group's executive director.
