Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has anounced a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock, payable Sept. 28, 2007, to stockholders of record at the close of business Sept. 4, 2007.
This is the 142nd consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Cooper, the company notes.
