Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Mark Krivoruchka its senior vice president, global human resources, effective Aug. 6. He also is being named to the executive committee of the company.
Krivoruchka's most recent position was senior vice president of human resources integration at Whirlpool.
He will be based at the company's headquarters in Findlay, Ohio.
