B&J Manufacturing offers rasp trade-in program

June 27, 2007

B&J Manufacturing is holding a free trade-in program for retreaders who want to exchange rasps for the company's newer Duro-Max III and Eagle II rasps.

"To participate, a retreading plant simply orders a B&J Manufacturing rasp from its distributor and ships its old hub back to B&J," say company officials.

"The free rasp trade-in offer is available for both Matteuzzi and Bandag buffers."

Plants can trade a R-115 Convex Rasp for a B&J Manufacturing Duro-Max III rasp (Matteuzzi) and/or an R-4 or Saturn II Rasp for the firm's Eagle II rasp (Bandag).

"Retreaders interested in participating in (our) free trade-in program should contact their distributor for details."
