May 31, 2007

Michelin North America Inc. has introduced its new Primacy MXV4 performance touring tire "for drivers who want both longevity and exceptional ride for their vehicles," say Michelin officials. The tire will be available in June.

It comes in 32 sizes (up to 18 inches in diameter) with a 60,000-mile warranty for both H- and V-speed ratings.

Features include Michelin's Advanced MaxTouch Construction technology

"a unique shape and tire design that provides long-lasting, even tread wear," and Michelin's Comfort Control technology, which uses a computer-optimized tread desin to reduce vibration and road noise.

The Michelin Primacy MXV4 tire is the next generation of the popular MXV4 tire, according to Michelin officials.
