Pirelli & Cie SpA has sold more than 10 million shares in Intek SpA, an Italian firm that specializes in the management of industrial companies, for about 8.3 million euros.
Pirelli sold the shares to Quattroduedue Holding BV.
The Italian tiremaker still holds slightly more than 6 million shares in Intek SpA, equal to 1.768% of the company's ordinary capital.
