Kumho Tire U.S.A. Inc. has strengthened its original equipment office in Detroit with the addition of Gregory Dabkowski as the company's Ford account manager and David Dobradenka as original equipment quality manager.

Dabkowski is a 29-year Ford Motor Co. veteran. While at Ford, he managed product launches. "He has extensive technical and program management experience in tires and wheels," say Kumho officials.

In his new position, Dabkowski will be responsible for managing Kumho's tire development and launch activities with Ford. He also will advise on product design, quality and other issue related to Kumho's Ford business.

Dobradenka will "implement and maintain Kumho quality systems and documentations for the company's North American OE accounts."

He comes to Kumho from ABB Corp. in Auburn Hills, Mich., where he served as quality manager.
