ALLDATA makes customer relations system available

ALLDATA LLC is making its ProCarCareZone customer relations management system available to shops with existing Web sites.

"The ability to use (the system) with an existing Web site allows shops the opportunity to participate in a powerful marketing and customer acquisition network," says Kris DeWolfe, who manages the system.

ProCarCareZone lets users communicate with customers via on-line appointment scheduling, automatically generated shop newsletters and other features.
