Yokohama Rubber Co. Ltd. has named Norio Karashima, president and CEO of its Yokohama Tire Corp. subsidiary, managing corporate officer, effective June 28
Karashima, who joined Yokohama in 1976, became president of Yokohama Tire Corp. and a Yokohama Tire Corp. corporate officer in 2004.
He also served as president of Yokohama Reifen in Düsseldorf, Germany, from 2000 to 2002 and was general manager of Yokohama's OE Planning Department from 2003 to 2004.
