Federal Tires has developed a partnership with JustDrift, a drifting enthusiast club and founding partner of the U.S.Drift association.
A Federal/JustDrift drift clinic will be held July 26-27, 2008, at Willow Springs International Raceway near Lancaster, Calif. It offers one day for beginners and intermediate students, and one day for advanced/expert drivers and tandem driving lessons.
Drills range from course racing, tech inspection, drift practice and more, all taught by six expert drift instructors, Federal notes.
Additionally, Federal is offering a discount on Federal brand consumer tires for drifting enthusiasts when purchased from City Tire Service in South Gate, Calif.
Federal reports the 2008 drifting season has seen heightened participation, which continues to prove that there is an increasing demand for the sport, the company says.
