The Independent Tire Dealers Group LLC (ITDG) has extended the contract of Michael Cox, its CEO and president, for three more years.
ITDG's board believes that Cox "has played a key role in this company. We believe that providing for the continued services of Mr. Cox is in the best interests of the company and its shareholders."
Cox joined ITDG in 2003. Under his guidance, the group enjoyed a record year in 2006.
