Vredestein Banden B.V. has rolled out an SUV version of its Ultrac Sessanta ultra-high performance tire, the Ultrac SUV Sessanta.
The tire contains a double rayon carcass layer that boosts its load carrying capacity, plus an extra wide tread, among other features, say Vredestein officials.
"The Ultrac SUV Sessanta ensures even better road holding and greater stability while simultaneously maintaining a comfort level typical for SUVs."
It's currently available in 12 sizes, ranging from 235/65ZR17 to 295/30ZR22. The Ultrac Sessanta line was unveiled last year.
