Bull Tire and Service Inc. has purchased Automasters Tire & Service, giving it "a greater stronghold" on the Raleigh-Durham, N.C., area.
The Cary, N.C., store will officially be run "under new management" beginning April 1. It has 12 bays and will not be renamed, according to co-owner Ken Vehslage.
"We now cover the three areas we wanted to cover when we went into business in 2004," he says. The other stores are in Raleigh and Durham.
Vehslage, who co-owns the three-store dealership with Larry Donnelly, adds they may expand outside the triangle area given the right circumstances.
