Purcell Tire & Rubber Co.'s new 57-inch OTR tire mold will cure its first tire tomorrow, Feb. 14, says Purcell Tire President Dennis Flynn.
The mold is being installed at Purcell Tire's Potosi, Mo., retread plant today.
Flynn calls it "the biggest mold in any retread plant."
"We're expecting big things out of it," company CEO Bob Purcell tells moderntiredealer.com.
The mold was built by Ohio Machine, a California-based company.
