Heavy-duty added to Mass. Right to Repair bill

Nov. 22, 2013

The Massachusetts legislature has completed work on its latest Right to Repair bill, House Bill 3757 that includes heavy-duty service information provisions for vehicles over 14,000 pounds.

An earlier version of the Right to Repair legislation had passed the legislature and had been signed by the governor. In addition, voters approved a different version of Right to Repair policy in the last election’s referendum process.
