Mickey Thompson Performance Tires & Wheels (Mickey Thompson) will showcase historic vehicles and new products at the 2013 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Nov. 5-8, booth #43035.

The company is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2013.“This is an incredible milestone for our company,” says Ken Warner, vice president of marketing.

“We want to celebrate this achievement and commemorate this anniversary by honoring both our history and the future of our company at the SEMA Show this year.”

Mickey Thompson has expanded its booth space to 3,000 square feet to accommodate four vehicles, the latest products from the Mickey Thompson and Dick Cepek brands, as well as three special events.

The company will showcase four vehicles in booth #43035. SEMA visitors can see the historic Challenger 1 Streamliner built by the late Mickey Thompson in the 1960s.

Also on display will be Mickey Thompson’s 1969 Mach 1 Funny Car, one of the most recognized vehicles in drag racing history, driven by Danny Ongias.

In addition, Mickey Thompson will feature a Ford F-150 Deegan 38 project truck featuring the new 35-inch Deegan 38 tires, and an assortment of Metal Mulisha accessories.

The company says there will be other new tires and wheels for street, strip, truck and off road from Mickey Thompson, and new all-terrain tires from Dick Cepek.

Mickey Thompson will hold a media conference on Nov. 5 at 11:00 a.m. to introduce the Deegan 38 mud-terrain tire. Special guest is Brian Deegan, who will greet fans and sign autographs in the afternoon.
