Bartec USA LLC has released a software update that enables its Tech400SD Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) repair tool to program aftermarket sensors.
Bartec says software update R50 adds the ability to program popular aftermarket sensor solutions from Alligator, Orange and Schrader.
In addition, the Tech400SD also works very well with leading multi-application sensors like the Continental Redi-Sensor and the John Dow DVT Sensor, according to the company.
Finally, the R50 software update contains additional OBD relearn coverage for Ford and General Motors vehicles, and introduces TPMS OBD relearns for Volvo cars.
