The International Trade Commissions (ITC) has cancelled a review of the antidumping duties placed on certain off-the-road tire imports from China between September 1, 2011, through August 31, 2012.

The ITC initiated the review of the antidumping duty order in response to a request from Shandong Ling Long Tyre Co., Ltd. (``Linglong'') and Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co., Ltd. (``Zhongce''), with regard to their exports to the United States. The ITC initiated the review on On October 31, 2012.

However, on December 10, 2012, Zhongce withdrew its request for a review and, on January 29, 2013, Linglong withdrew its request. No other party has requested a review, according to the ITC.

The ITC will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries.
