Dealer e-Process announces live chat contest

Dealer e-Process LLC is looking for 30 dealers to take part in its Live Chat Challenge contest starting June 17, 2013.

Participating dealers are not obligated to sign any contracts, according to the company. The contest results are posted on the Dealer E-Process website.

The dealer with the most chats after 30 days wins the contest. The winning dealer will be awarded Pro Active Live Chat service from Dealer e-Process for six months free of charge. Second through fifth place winners will receive an exclusive offer.

Dealer e-Process operates Pro-Active Live Chat 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The company says incorporating Pro-Active Live Chat into a website creates a more pleasing experience for potential customers, while accruing potential leads.

“Pro-Active Live Chat provides both the customer and the dealer with valuable information.
