BendPak Inc. has launched a Spanish language version of its English website to better serve a growing Latin customer base.
The company says the new website is a direct adaptation of the English version and the culmination of over eight months of effort. BendPak hired a Spanish language marketing staff to create content and translate the English site, rather than outsource the work.
“Our goal with the Spanish website is to provide efficient, native language guidance and easy-to-find information for the most common needs of our Spanish-speaking site visitors,” says Jeff Kritzer, senior vice president of sales and marketing.
The Latin market is an important segment for the manufacturer of BendPak and Ranger products. The Spanish website includes everything from catalogs and videos to installation and maintenance manuals to enable customers to find information quicker and easier.
“As one of the fastest growing garage equipment providers in the world, we felt a responsibility to provide our Spanish-speaking consumers with the leading resource tool on the Internet, in their own language,” said David Ramirez, director of international sales.
The company's English website is at www.bendpak.com and the Spanish website is at www.bendpak.com.mx.
