Monro Muffler Brake Inc.'s board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.06 per share on the firm's outstanding units of common stock.
This includes shares of common stock to which the holders of the company’s Class C Convertible Preferred Stock are entitled.
The dividend is payable on July 25, 2008, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2008.
