No. 66 and counting: Sullivan celebrates in Maine

Sullivan Tire Co. Inc. has opened its 66th retail store. The Norwell, Mass.-based tire chain opened the outlet in the Pine Tree Shopping Center in Portland, Maine on April 20, 2013, following a "significant renovation process."

The new Sullivan Tire & Auto Service building was purchased from Century Tire Co., which closed in August of 2012. he 4,900 square-foot location features six service bays and offers full-service auto repair.

Store hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday; 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays; and 9 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays.

“We are thrilled to be expanding further into Maine and look forward to serving more of the Maine community,” says Paul Sullivan, vice president of marketing. “We’ve spent many months renovating the building and creating a state-of-the-art facility with a comfortable customer area with complimentary wifi access.”
