Register now for ATMC Spring Conference

April 4, 2013

The Automotive Training Managers Council (ATMC) reported record registration for its annual conference, and the highest membership in the organization’s 28-year history.

“The majority of our members will be in attendance at our Spring meeting in Englewood, Colorado on April 15th through the 17th,” says Dave Milne, ATMC president.

“It seems more and more training managers are finding value in the think-tank environment of ATMC, where members use their collective knowledge and experience to look into the foreseeable future on how people will learn and help each other prepare for that future.”

A key part of the meeting will be a review of the ATMC Annual Training Benchmark Survey.

“More than 3,500 technicians and shop owners participated in our 2013 survey focusing on delivery methods,” says Milne.

“They have told us how they currently receive training, their preferences among the methods for receiving training, and why. In addition more than 70 training providers have participated to share their view of what they currently provide and their view of the future.”

The results will be shared at the conference and on the ATMC website afterwards.
