Coltrane is CMA’s new VP of Consumer Tires

Double Coin Holdings Ltd. and the China Manufacturers Alliance (CMA) have appointed Ken Coltrane to the position of vice president, Consumer Tires. In this position Coltrane will be focusing on passenger and light truck product development for North America.

Coltrane brings 19 years of tire industry experience to Double Coin and CMA. Most of his tire industry career was spent at Del-Nat Tire Corp. where he held positions in export, purchasing, and also served as the company’s Marketing Vice President.

“Ken’s experience with tire manufacturers both domestically and internationally in developing and marketing product lines will be instrumental in strengthening our market position,” says Aaron Murphy, vice president of CMA.

“His knowledge of this evolving market segment will prove invaluable to our organization. This development is a key part of CMA’s strategic growth plan and enhances our already strong product offering and reputation.”

The company will be devoted to establishing consumer tire marketing and sales strategies with the focus towards launching new products and programs at this year’s Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show in Las Vegas Nov. 5-8, 2013.
