Coker Tire Co. has introduced the Excelsior Stahl Sport Radial line of all-season tires.
These steel-belted radials are targeted toward restored vehicles built before World War II, but with 20 sizes available with wheel diameters ranging from 16 to 21 inches, they fit a wide variety of applications, the company notes. All tires require a tube.
The tires have an H speed rating in 16-inch sizes, while the 17-inch and larger tires feature an S rating. "Compared to a bias ply tire of similar size, handling and ride quality will be greatly improved, without losing the classic look," the company notes.
The Excelsior Stahl Sport Radials are made in the U.S. and are DOT-approved, as well as ECE-approved, making them legal for highway use.
