Toyo to mount largest TV campaign in its history

Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. is launching the largest TV ad campaign in its history to support its new Proxes ST II tire. The program will start on June 22 with a spot during an episode of the CBS TV show Cold Case.

"Set in the city, the commercial features a beautiful woman, a customized black Cadillac Escalade and a brand new set of Toyo Proxes ST II tires (with) the tagline, 'It All Comes Down To The Shoes,'" say Toyo officials.

The commercial will air again June 23, during CBS’s CSI: Miami, and then will run over the course of the summer.

It is expected to generate more than 100 million household impressions around the country.

"Other network and cable stations scheduled include ABC, Fox Sports, ESPN, Discovery, National Geographic and Spike TV."

The ad campaign "targets image-conscious, affluent consumers who customize their high-end vehicles," say Toyo officials.
