Who works on Thanksgiving? Employees at Wal-Mart Stores do. Europeans do. And so does Modern Tire Dealer Editor Bob Ulrich.

In his latest blog, Ulrich investigates who else may be working on Turkey Day, in addition to himself. One company e-mailed him information on fuel efficiency ratings, which the European Parliament passed on Nov. 25. They may be a prelude to what we can expect in the United States in the near future.
