Solideal USA has acquired SPW Industries Inc., an Atlanta-based service provider and distributor of construction and industrial tires, wheels and rubber tracks with 13 locations throughout the Southeast.
Bob Bulger, managing director of Solideal, said, “Through this acquisition, Solideal will be even better positioned to meet the needs of our customer base, be they independent dealers or major national accounts across North America.
“This move is especially significant today. It demonstrates Solideal’s long-term commitment to the material handling and construction industry at a time when very few companies have the capacity or vision to continue investing."
