Pirelli & Cie SpA has created a new Tyres and Parts Department as part of a recent restructuring aimed at generating annual savings of 10 million euros starting in 2010.
The company's Pirelli Tyre division will be part of Tyres and Parts, "ensuring one single management of corporate processes," according to Pirelli officials.
The new department will be managed by Francesco Gori, who retains his CEO and managing director responsibilities within Pirelli Tyre.
