Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. announced a second-quarter dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock. The dividend is payable Sept. 30, 2009, to stockholders of record at the close of business Sept. 2, 2009.
The company has now declared a dividend for 150 consecutive quarters.
Cooper Tire's share price on the New York Stock Exchange on June 30, 2009 -- the end of its fiscal second quarter -- was $9.92. It closed at $15.61 on Aug. 4, 2009.
