Hankook launches redesigned Web site

Hankook Tire America Corp. has launched its redesigned Web site,, which combines up-to-date information about Hankook's product line "with state-of-the-art Web 2.0 functionality," according to Hankook officials.

“In addition to a refreshed look and feel, Hankook’s new Web site boasts a user-friendly interface, including more videos and graphics,” says Richard Kim, IT Web programmer, Hankook.

The site contains a new "Tire Finder" section, a dealer locator function, and a registration function that will allow customers to receive instant online mailings notifying them about Hankook events and promotions.

In addition, Hankook dealers will retain their ability to access various tools, including the company's Web-based order tracking system.

“We are constantly looking for ways to improve customers’ experience with Hankook as we grow our North American business,” explains Bill Bainbridge, Hankook director of brand communications.

“As more customers go online to learn about tire products, we want to help them understand the latest tire technology offerings and help them match their vehicle and lifestyle to our products."
