Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. will announce its second-quarter 2009 financial results before the market opens on Thursday, July 30, 2009.
Company management will discuss the financial results during an investor conference call at 10 a.m. (EST) the same day. Participating in the conference call will be Robert Keegan, chairman, CEO and president; Darren Wells, executive vice president and chief financial officer; and Damon Audia, senior vice president, finance and treasurer.

Goodyear posted a net loss of $333 million on sales of $3.5 billion in the first quarter of 2009. That compared to net income of $147 million on record sales of $4.9 billion for 1Q 2008.
