Titan board keeps Morry Taylor in the fold

Titan International Inc.'s board of directors re-elected Maurice "Morry" Taylor Jr. as chairman and CEO at the company's annual shareholders meeting, held May 14, 2009.

The board also re-elected Erwin Billig vice chairman, Kent Hackamack  vice president of finance and treasurer, and Cheri Holley vice president and secretary.

The stockholders elected Billig and Anthony Soave to serve as directors for three-year terms. They also voted to ratify PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for 2009.
