Corghi is opening its first U.S. branch on Saturday, May 16, in Hamilton, Ohio.
The new Corghi U.S. headquarters covers 12,000 square feet of space and includes offices, a warehouse, showroom and seminar facility.
It houses a dedicated American and Italian staff who will directly supervise sales and service activities, including supply of spare parts, "ensuring business as usual to Corghi customers through a network of sales representatives, wholesale distributors and service centers," the company says.
Corghi has had a presence in the American market from more than 20 years, thanks to a collaboration with a major U.S. tire and wheel service equipment supplier. The company reports ti has sold more than 10,000 Artiglio Master tire changers in the North American market, its top-of-the-line technology.
In addition to tire changers, Corghi has been offering wheel balancers and other product lines dedicated to wheel service.
The company's Web site, www.corghiusa.us, is already online, and it is adding a help desk for service with a toll free number, which will be activated with the opening of the new headquarters.
